We are a private pay practice. Payment is due at the time of service via check or major credit card. We do not currently offer direct insurance billing services. After services are provided, many families opt to pursue reimbursement from their insurance providers independently. Upon request, we will provide an invoice with billing codes necessary for you to request reimbursement under your insurance plan’s out-of-network benefits.  It's important to note that insurance companies have varying policies.

We come to you! Services are provided in your home or virtually via telehealth. However, not all clients are appropriate for telehealth and this will be determined upon initial consultation. Additionally, some child care centers and schools permit services with permission.
